Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to feel good about every purchase. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags still attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order code) is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
• Earrings and any items marked for hygiene reasons as non-returnable, if applicable
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@orangefashion.us with your order code and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and a return address within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely with your order code included, and ship it back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Let us know in your return email and we will ship the replacement as soon as your return is received, or right away if the new item is in stock.

Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order code and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
